Cristy L. Caserta represents clients in the areas of commercial litigation, corporate law, and real estate litigation and transactions. Much of her practice consists of working closely with developers in leasing and landlord/tenant matters. Cristy earned her Juris Doctor degree at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center and received a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and a minor in Psychology from Florida State University. She is a member of the Broward County Bar Association and is admitted to practice before all state courts in Florida, and before the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.
Cristy was raised in Broward County and currently resides in Fort Lauderdale.
